Shipment Policy

Generally it takes 10-20 working days to ship the order at your door step. However, we try our level best to deliver the order within 7 working days to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Return Policy

We also offer money back warranty under certain conditions.
1- Report the issue with the package within 24-48 along with the picture and/or video proof.
2- Parcel us the package within 7 working days
3- Send us your correct Bank Account No. along with the Branch Code and Account Title
4- We will deduct two way delivery charges plus bank transfer fee
5- Remaining amount will be credited in you account within 15 working days of receiving back the product

Exchange Policy

We also offer you exchange policy if you want to exchange the the product. following terms and conditions will be applied.
1- The exchange item must be of same or higher price
2- You need to return the product first
3- Two way delivery charges will deducted
4- You need to pay extra amount for the product as two way delivery charges are added plus the exceeding amount if the exchanged item costs higher.
